Have you ever tried a whisky sour made with Single Malt? This simple yet well balanced cocktail allows our characterful Lowland Malt to shine. A drink with a long maritime history dating back to the 1800s, it's mixture of citrus, vanilla, oak and sweetness has hooked the intrepid and adventurous whisky fan for centuries.

Our Twist On The Classic

Served Short, Long Finish

You Will Need

60mls Kings Inch 

30ml Lemon Juice 

15ml Sugar Syrup 

15ml Egg white (or aquafaba for vegan alternative) 

Lemon twist (to garnish)


  1. Add all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake hard. 
  2. Strain into shaker and shake again without ice. 
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass.
